A semester-long project to design furniture with the refined elegance of industrial materials is what creates the unique look that the Strung Furniture series offers. The clean lines of both the welded steel frame mixed with the perfectly woven mason twine surfaces introduce industrial elegance into any room. The combination of cold steel with neon-colored twine offers a fun and bright side table to create eye-popping interest. The hand-welded steel frame creates the perfect structure to weave the nylon twine to create the table surfaces. The layers of neon twine will create amazing depth and color depending on what angle you look through the table.

Unfortunately, the pandemic interrupted this project's physical development but it can be seen on the Univerisity of Illinois at Chicago Year-End Show 2020 website.
